The characteristic of our soy sauce is its distinctive sweetness.
Soy sauce can be perfectly used as marinades for a variety of dishes including for example chicken and tofu. Try grilling your steak with a combination of soy sauce with olive oil, garlic cloves and lemon juice.

Koji is a ingredient that supports the fermentation process of soy beans together with wheat. The mixture is left until it ripens. This can take from several months to three years, but the mixture generally ripens in six months to a year.

The Founder’s thoughts

The Founder Enatsu Iwakichi valued the feeling of replying society with gratitude. It is said that he strongly felt he was being kept alive through the support of others―a sentiment reflected in the phrase: “My life, sustained by others ― always live with gratitude and humility, lead a simple life, and serve the world.” He also saw a company not just as a place to make money, but as an opportunity for individuals to be of use to the world. We will continue to strive to provide delicious products that support your diet, inheriting the founder’s belief that it is important to work harder than anyone else and be of use to the world, even if only indirectly.
